{Beauty Box} Review: Himalaya Herbals new lip care range

The prehistoric notion that lip balms are required only during winters is just that. Prehistoric.'

Today, our lips need some love & care all through the seasons - be it winter, monsoons or summer. The changing climatic conditions and the daily dust & pollution we subject ourselves to, takes a toll on the sensitive surface of our lips, thus making them dry, chapped & dull.

Our puckers being one of the most sensitive parts of our face, it's best not to apply anything you can lay your hands on, on them. Choose your lip products with care and make sure you give your lips the best kind of care to keep them soft & supple.

Himalaya Herbals comes to your rescue this season with their brand new range of lip care products that are dedicated to give you freedom from dry lips using the best of natural ingredients! What more can we ask for!!

The range offers you five different and individually amazing flavours of lip balms that work in their own efficient way in keeping your lips moisturized and smooth.
I have used all the five over a period of the past two weeks and here's what I think of these must-have lip care products!

Himalaya Peach Shine Lip Care

The Peach Shine lip care is made from peach kernel oil that keeps your lips nourished by protecting them from environmental damages. This product also has castor oil that helps make lips soft & supple. The peachy flavour and pretty tint of this lip balm makes it a perfect beauty fix for a day out with the girls!

Himalaya Natural Soft Vanilla Lip Care

The Natural Soft Vanilla lip care consists of a mild vanilla essence and is enriched with 100% natural colour, Vitamin E and anti-oxidants for naturally softened, smooth lips. A swipe of it on your puckers will provide a perfect base for a nude lip colour while getting ready on weekday mornings for work.

Himalaya Litchi Shine Lip Care

The Litchi Shine lip care protects lips with the help of the anti-oxidants and natural actives in it. The pretty pink hue and moisturizing properties of this lip balm makes it a good choice for keeping your pout soft and smooth for a movie date with the guy!

Himalaya Rich Cocoa Butter Lip Care

The Rich Cocoa Butter lip care's main ingredient is, of course, cocoa butter along with sal butter that nourishes & intensely moisturizes the lips. This lip balm has a slightly grainy texture and its rich density softens and provides long-lasting moisturisation. This is a good choice for keeping your lips smooth & soft for a weekend road trip.

Himalaya Strawberry Shine Lip Care

The Strawberry Shine lip care boasts of a moisture-retention formula with skin soothers that make your lips naturally glossy. This lip balm is free from preservatives, petroleum jelly, mineral oil or silicone. It's classy red tint can care for as well as prettify your pout for a night out in town!

These lip balms all come in 4.5 gm packs and are available in all major beauty outlets as well as online at www.himalayawellness.com

Show some love to your lips & include these wonderful products in your daily beauty regime. If you use these lip care products regularly, you'll be sure to flaunt soft, smooth and supple lips in no time!

Disclaimer: Himalaya Herbals sent the products to Style Prism for review. But the views and opinions expressed in this post are entirely mine.

  1. I tried one of their balms n liked it.. their lotion is also nice!!

  2. Love the presentation of this post..simply fantastic.

  3. I'm using the strawberry Shine right now because I always tend to look for red tints in everything I get! However looking at your review I think I'll get the Cocoa butter one too as I didn't know they had this as well.
